All employees and agents of a public school district, charter school or private school have an obligation and legal responsibility to report misconduct by instructional personnel and school administrators which affects the health, safety or welfare of a student.
Annual in-service training, required for all personnel at St. Paul's Lutheran School, will include a review of this policy, highlighting each worker's responsibility to conduct himself/herself in a professional manner and to report alleged professional misconduct following St. Paul's established procedures. This pdf file will detail what those established procedures are.
